Aaron Carter was born October 21, 1958, in Talbotton, Georgia, to the late Robert and Annie Mae Carter. He departed this earthly life on February 8, 2024, at Piedmont Midtown Columbus Hospital.
Aaron was a native of Talbotton, Georgia, and later he resided in Columbus, Georgia, with Pat’s House Ministry, where he attended day classes, traveling, and enjoying life. Church was no option for Aaron, attending Church was a passion that he deeply loved and enjoyed. Aaron attended Hallelujah Praise and Worship Center under the leadership of Pastor Valerie Killins and Victorious Faith Christian Center under the leadership of Pastor Timothy Jennings.
Aaron had a sincere love for his family and friends. He enjoyed playing card games with his nieces and nephews. Aaron loved the game of Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune that he “must” watch nightly. He was a dedicated Georgia Bulldog fan, regardless if they were winning or losing. Aaron was no stranger to people, and everyone was his cuz. He would remember you, even if he had not seen you in years, and if you did not know him, before the conversation ended you were going to be his cuz. Aaron was going to connect to you regardless of where you were or who you were. He traveled abroad by way of cruising, and while cruising he would often cross path with someone he knew, or they knew him as “Juicy”.
To God, we give the Glory for 65 years of Life on this side. Three brothers preceded him in death, Willie James Carter, Virgil Whitehead, and Jesse Whitehead.
He leaves to cherish his sweet and hilarious memories to four sisters, Arlene Mays(Larry), Jerdine Epps, Charlene Carter all of Talbotton, Georgia, and Anita Carter of Decatur, Georgia; two brothers, T.L. Carter(Cynthia), of Woodland, Georgia, and Robert Carter of Talbotton, Georgia; five aunts, Rosa Garmon (Jesse), Gail Ford, Classie Holmes, Ethel Ford, and Emma Ford; uncle, Rufus Carter(Beatrice); Pat’s House Ministry Staff and Residents; Pastor Valerie Killins; Pat Underwood; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
