April Mckee

April Mckee,41, of Manchester,GA was born on October 16th, 1979, to Melvin and Ola Mae Holmes. She passed away on September 12, 2021 at Piedmont Mid-town Columbus Hospital in Columbus,GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Holmes, and her brother, Melvin "Scoot" Martin. At an early age, she joined Woodbury Miracle Fellowship Center Church. April graduated from Man- chester High School, Class of 1998. She was joined in holy matrimony to her high school sweetheart, Derrin Deron Mckee, Sr., on April 8th, 2011. She was a dedicated and hard-working employee at Georgia Pacific, Koch Foods, and Hoshizaki Corporation. April Mckee leaves to cherish her precious memories: her husband, Derrin Deron Mckee, Sr.; three daughters, Shyderia, Azarria, and Dasiah Mckee; her newborn baby boy, Derrin Deron Mckee, Jr., all of Manchester, GA; eight sisters and three brothers, Angela Denise Holmes, Wendy Holmes, Michelle (Artemus) Campbell, Melva Holmes, James (Karina) Henry, Raven Holmes, and Colby Holmes, all of Woodbury, GA, Tiffany Holmes of Manchester, GA, Jaquclyn Brooks of Atlanta, GA, Ramecca White of Union City, GA, and Delvin White of Covington, GA. April leaves behind a host of friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She also leaves three special friends, Marshall Dunlap, Rolishaa Richardson, and Shara White, and one special great-niece, J'Hariah Mahone.
