Christine Jones was born November 6, 1945,
to the late Mathis and Evorgia Jones in Woodbury, Georgia.

She enjoyed fishing, cooking, lottery, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Bell; mother and father; two sisters, Mary Ann and Dianne; two brothers, Author and Benny Jones; and sisters, Sandra Weaver and Ella Mae Weaver.

A time to mourn: leaving to cherish her memories: three daughters, Patricia Slaton, Nellie Ponder (Danny Ponder), and Tonya Bell (Rodney); two sons, Tommy Bell and Kenny Bell; sisters, Sadie Mae Favors, Elizabeth Martin (Rufus), and Patsy Marshall; brother, Matthew Jones (Gwen); brother-in-law, Lamar Bell; grandkids, Antonio Bell, Remond Slaton, Antwan Staton, Diaundra Ponder, Deliah Slaton, Porshia Denson, Rickey Slaton, Latifah Ponder, Danyelle Ponder, and Kianna Ponder; and sixteen great-grandkids.
