Brother Curtis Van Rolax was born on April 14, 1967, in Talbot County, Georgia, to the union of Rev. John Rolax and the late Mother Georgie Holmes Rolax. He was educated in the Talbot County School System and graduated from Central Elementary High School in Talbotton, Georgia.

 

Curtis was a devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and loving relationships.

 

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving father, Rev. John Rolax; three sisters, Gail (Alan) Parker, Jennifer (Richard) Jackson, and Sycrene Rolax; four nieces, Tameika Johnson, Keisha (Julien) Siah, Ashley (Michael) Eiland, and Alexis O’Neal; four nephews, Richard (Ebonie) Jackson, Quarterrius Jackson, Brandon Jackson, and Jaden Spratling; two aunts, Carrie Walton and Martha Harris; two uncles, Bennie Clyde Holmes and Deacon Ray Holmes; and a host of cousins, extended family members, and friends who will forever treasure his memory.

 

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mother Georgie Holmes Rolax.
