Deacon Robert Lee Daniel

Robert Daniel, a beacon of light and inspiration, passed away peacefully at his home in Manchester, GA, on June 3, 2023. Born on May 7, 1940, in Gay, GA, Robert was a man who lived his life with purpose, passion, and unwavering faith.Robert was the beloved son of the late Robert Green Daniel and the late Nettie May Jenkins Daniel . His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the indelible impact he made on his community.

Mr. Robert Daniel was educated in the Muscogee County school district where he received his education. Later he became employed at Goodys Products and Manchester Recreation Department for 40 or more years. He touched many lives and children during these years . Mr.Robert served as a deacon at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church .

He was joined in holy matrimony to Betty Daniel  who loved and cared for him dearly.

He is survived by a loving wife Betty Daniel and his loving children, Rodricus Daniel (Latiqua), Warren Hill (Kalisha), Tavares Hill (Nakita), and Bobby Leah. Robert was a proud grandfather, leaving behind 13 cherished grandchildren and 1 great grand who will forever hold dear the memories and lessons he imparted. His siblings, Annie J. Harrison, Glynneze Richardson (Tommy), Mary Emma Howard and William Daniel, along with his in-laws, Teresea Steed, Charlene Ferguson, Wasty Steed (Pam), and Edward Steed (Jessie B). He also leaves to cherish many other relatives, nieces, nephews , and the beloved Manchester Community who he loved dearly.
