On April 27, 1957, Deacon Vencent Reese was born to Odessa L. Reese and the late Willie Frank Reese in Woodland, Georgia. The angels in Heaven descended down to take him to his heavenly home on August 14, 2023.
Deacon Vencent Reese attended Talbot County Schools and graduated from Central High School of Talbotton, Georgia. He accepted Christ at an early age and went on to become a member at Grace Tabernacle Church of God in Christ of Manchester, Georgia serving as a Deacon.
He was a dedicated hard worker and was employed at Goody’s Product, Walmart Distribution Center, Sherwin-Williams, and later went on to work for Ennis Flint of PPG. He loved his family and watching wrestling, Storage Wars, and flipping houses shows.
Vencent was preceded in death by his father; three sisters, Dorothy, Yvonne, and Lizzie; brother, Clarence; and his grandparents.
He leaves to cherish his memoires: his beloved wife, Elizabeth Reese; mother, Odessa L. Reese; three daughters, Alisha Ford, Jalissa Ford, and Alexis (Raines) Bunkley; four grandchildren, Zanyai, Jaquez, Keyerrah, and Zamya Ford; three great-grandchildren, Ja’Irus, Raelynn, and James; two sisters, Mattie Pearl (Joe) Barnes of Detroit, Michigan, and Aretha Riggins (Robert) of LaGrange, Georgia; half-brother, Frank Reese of Griffin, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who all will miss him dearly.
