Mrs. Dianne Blue was born on March 16, 1949, in Harris County, Ga to the late Willie James Ballard and Ruby Kate Ballard. She is a graduate of Carver High School in Hamilton, Ga; Class of 1967 alumni. Mrs.Blue attended Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church until her passing. She was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Johnny Blue on July 1, 1972. Through that union they birthed a son Cervin "Lynn" Blue who was her pride and joy.

Dianne was employed and retired from Goody's products in Manchester, Ga for over 38yrs of service.
Dianne was a devoted wife, mother, aunt, sister, and friend. Her life’s work always included being of service to God and others. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. A woman with great wisdom and sound advice. Her continuous support to her family and friends was always evident to the love and grace that God bestowed upon her. She always took the time to give pearls of wisdom, and wonderful moments of great laughter, through her incomparable sense of humor. No obstacle was too big or too small to overcome in her mind. She had a way with words, that was always comforting and fulfilling.

Dianne received her heavenly reward on October 20, 2022. She was preceded in death by her brother Mr. Willie Hubert Ballard.

Dianne leaves to cherish her memories to her devoted husband and friend Johnny Blue, a son Cervin "Lynn" Blue(Vickie); a brother Bobby Ballard (Julia); two sister-in-laws: Helen Andrews (Wilbert), Queen Smith (Amos); one brother-in-law Billy Jones (Annie Kate-preceded in death). A dear and devoted friend/sister Ms. Peggy Allen. In addition, a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
