Eloise Campbell

Ms. Eloise Campbell was born on March 27,
1925, in Woodbury, GA, to the late Minnie Harris
Campbell and Hosea Campbell. She was the fifth
born of twelve, ten preceded her in death. She
received her education from the Meriwether County
Public school system.

Eloise was affectionately known as “Chin” and
“Auntie” to everyone in the community. She lived in
Atlanta and Detroit before making her home in the
Bronx for many years. She decided to return home
to Woodbury in 2012. Eloise enjoyed watching
cowboy movies and playing the lottery. She lived a
blessed 99 years.

On Monday, February 3, 2025, at Brightmoor
Hospice in Griffin, God called her home. She leaves
to cherish her memories: daughter/sisters, Ozie
Campbell of Woodbury, GA, Bertha, Monique,
Vivian, Mark, Evette, and Melody all of Bronx,
New York; grandchildren, Dwan (Bobby) Parham,
Biore Parham, Biance Parham, and Rashid Patrick,
all of Woodbury, GA; special people, Bernadette
Saladino, Theresa Bray, Kimberly Alford, and
Delois West; a host of nieces, nephews and other
