Ethel Lee Ford was born on December 27, 1947 to the late Johnnie Will Edge and Susie Edge. She passed away on October 31,2024 in Talbotton,GA. Ethel attended Shady Grove Baptist Church where she confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
She loved and cherished her family, which includes her 5 children, Rodney Ford, Kendall (Leslie) Ford, Yolandra Collier, Lashunda Ford, and her youngest who preceded her in death, Teria (Andrea) McCrary; a sister in law, Rose Bud (Jessie) Gorman; 3 brothers, Larry (Debra) Edge, Willie (Harriet) Edge, Keith Edge; 4 sisters, Johnnie Mae Hall, Beverly Edge, Alvera (Gary) Edge, Quincey Sue Edge; 2 brothers and 2
sisters on her father’s side, Johnnie Edge, James Edge, Toshia Edge, and Angela Edge (Carlyn) Weston, and 4 sisters and 1 brother who preceded her in death. She had 11 grandkids and 17 great grandkids, including her granddaughter, Jasmine Heath who took care of her in sickness. She was a loving and caring person that loved everyone and would feed the neighborhood daily. She leaves
behind long-time friends Jewel Mae Leonard and Ruby Jones, and special nieces and nephews, including T.L. (Cynthia) Carter whom she loved dearly.
