Ira Robinson Obituary

Ira "Buster" Robinson was born April 29, 1964, to the late Ira B. Robinson and Catherine Robinson. Ira departed his earthly life on August 5, 2020. In Ira's adolescent years, he attended Woodbury Elementary and High School. Later in life, Ira sought a career in the Manufacturing Industry, where he was employed at Lanier in Greenville, Georgia; Spurlin Industry in Woodbury, Georgia; and Dongwon in Hogansville, Georgia, until he became disabled to work. Ira was known for his love of fishing and barbecuing. On countless days, he was willing to go fishing with his family and friends. He viewed fishing as a soothing mechanism that helped him relax and feel at peace. Ira was preceded in death by his sister, Arzella Sinkfield, and his brother, Derrick Robinson. Ira was united in holy matrimony to Ms. Delphine Gaston on March 17, 2004. In this union, he gained three sons and one daughter. Later in life, Ira confessed his life to Christ and became a member of Woodbury Miracle Fellowship in Woodbury, Georgia. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: a loving wife, Delphine Gaston Robinson; three step sons, Lexitious (Sunseria) Dennis, Vatravis (Sharkeshia) Gaston, and Tovorris Ledbetter; a daughter, whom he raised as his own, Nikita Fuller; a step- daughter, Daffanee Ledbetter; four brothers, Dexter (Majorie) Robinson, Jeremiah Robinson, Teremiah Robinson, and Eric (Aronda) Robinson; two sisters, Debbie Norman and Demetria Robinson; a brother-in-law, Damien Prather; a sister-in-law, Deborah Leonard; one grandmother, Celia Mae Hinton; a great- grandson, whom he raised as his own, Vatravis "Tra" Gaston; ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles,
