Mr. Jefferson Hough, affectionately known as “Jeff,” was born July 10, 1964, to Deacon J. C. Hough and the late Martha Hough in Manchester, GA.
Jeff was a member of Springfield Baptist Church of Greenville, GA. He loved his family and friends. He devoted a lot of his time to his community, and he had a heart of gold. Jeff was a giving and caring person. Jeff was a faithful man full of integrity. He had a great work ethic and was a faithful employee of Georgia Pacific for over 30 years.
Jeff was preceded in death by his loving mother, Martha “Mott” Hough; sister, Barbara Ann Hough; and brother, James Hough.
He leaves to cherish: his loving father, Deacon J. C. Hough (Ida) of Manchester, GA; loyal devoted sister, Sherry Hough of Manchester, GA; son, Jeffon Hough, and grandson, Cameron Hough, both of McDonough, GA; two nieces, Shameka L. Hough and Shadeka L. Hough, both of Manchester, GA; one great-nephew, Mason McInvale; three aunts, Betty Daniel, Teresa Steed, and Charlene Ferguson, all of Manchester, GA; two uncles, Everett Steed (Jessie) and Watsy Steed (Pamela), both of Manchester, GA; very special cousin who preceded him in death Rufus Terry, Jr.; three special cousins,Warren Hill, Norcus Steed, and Kevin Copeland; two best friends, Trenton “Trent” Williams (Gail) and Derier Terry (Shonte); special friend, Regina Johnson; and a host of cousins and friends who loved him dearly .
