Jimmie Lee Stevenson

Jimmie Lee Stevenson was born on November 19, 1944, in Meriwether County to the late Jessie Stevenson, Sr., and Lela H. Stevenson.
He passed away on February 20, 2022, in Newnan, GA at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
Jimmie Stevenson, better known as “Ree,” was a simple man but was loved by anybody that really knew who he was. “Ree” Stevenson had a way with words and could make you laugh or smile with some of the things he did or said.
He was well known in Manchester, GA, where he spent most of his life.
Jimmie “Ree” Stevenson was preceded in death by his beloved parents and his son, Jimmie Lee Stevenson.
“Ree” leaves to cherish his memory: his children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends who all loved him dearly.
