Joyce Jeter

Joyce Jeter departed suddenly on Monday, April 10, 2023.  Joyce was born on May 4, 1955, in Washington, D. C. to McKay and Essie Jeter. Joyce attended public schools in Washington, D.C. and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. She studied radiology at the University of the District of Columbia.  
 
Joyce was the proud mother of Sean, Keith and Kisha.
She loved to read, played chess and tennis, also loved planting flowers.

Joyce is preceded in death by her father and mother McKay and Essie Jeter and brothers Russell Jeter and Leo Jeter.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children; Sean (Zenia) Jeter, Keith (Regina) Jeter and Kisha (Granderson) Spruill. 19 Grandchildren; 8 Great grandchildren; Sister; Gail Jeter. Niece, nephews, cousins and friends.Final care entrusted to the Licensed Funeral Care Providers at McCoy Funeral Home.
