Marion Swann was born on September 2, 1951, to the late Luella Tell and Willie Dunham, Sr.
He departed this life on January 25, 2023, at Well Star Hospice in LaGrange, Georgia. He attended Manchester Training School in Machester, Georgia. He worked at the Veneer Plant for five years, The City of Manchester for three years, and last but not least, the Bulloch Farm for about fifty years.
October 16, 1999, he was united in Holy Matrimony to Windy Alford Swann.
He leaves to cherish his memories to: his wife, Windy Alford Swann; two sons, Benjamin Alford (Patricia) and Antonio Alford (Angelia); one daughter who preceded him in death, Kameka Cofield; three sisters, Frances Ellison (Clarence) and Annie Bell Mahone, both of Warm Springs, GA, and Shelia Carson of Cartersville, GA; one brother, Robert Dunham of Fort Valley, GA; two aunts, Irene Hubbard and Vivian Kempson; brother in law, Robert Alford; four special friends, Sam Bo Bulloch, Emmett White, Jr., Travis Lyons, and Willie Traylor; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and cousins that will miss him dearly.
