Markevious McHolmes

Markevious McHolmes, entered into eternal rest on March 18, 2024, at WellStar West GA Hospital. He was born on February 11,1997, in Thomaston, Georgia, to Elijah Dozier and Latricia McHolmes.

Markevious attended Meriwether County schools and was a proud graduate of Manchester High School. His youthful spirit and infectious smile left a lasting mark on his peers and family. Despite the brevity of his years, Coot as he was affectionately called lived a full life, touching the hearts of many.

He was preceded in death by his brother Elijah McHolmes.

Markevious is survived by his adored son, Elijah McHolmes; mother, Latricia McHolmes, of LaGrange, GA; father, Elijah Dozier, of Manchester, GA; three sisters Lakecia McHolmes of Augusta, GA, Lykia and Laquita McHolmes, both of LaGrange, GA; and his brother, Deontarius Lowe(Breontonee) of Manchester, GA; grandmother, Betty Dozier of Manchester,GA; three aunts Bobbie Dozier and Betty Dozier both of Manchester,GA and Yolander Cochran of Alabama; two uncles George Derico and Richard Cochran(Yolander); great uncle, Sylvester McHolmes(Barbara Jean) of Woodbury, GA; great aunt Sally Henry(Arthur) of Manchester,GA ; a special friend, Neyada Taylor and a host of cousins, family and friends who loved him dearly.
