We Sadly announce the passing of Mrs.Pauline Moreland age 94, of Greenville GA. ***Mask and social distancing is required for all professional services*** Public viewing for Mother Moreland will be Friday July 30, 2021 1pm- 7pm at McCoy Funeral Home of Manchester,GA. Homegoing service will be held at 1:00 pm Friendship Baptist Church on Saturday July 31,2021 2461 Callaway Road(Hwy 362) Greenville,GA 30222. McCoy Funeral Home located at 127 W Second St Manchester,GA 31816 are in charge of all Professional Arrangements. A Time to be Born Mrs. Pauline Reeves Moreland was born on May 9, 1927, to Wiley and Cornelia Parks Reeves of Greenville, GA. A Time to Grow Pauline Reeves Moreland attended school in Meriwether County. She completed the 12th grade in Jersey City. A Time to Love Pauline Reeves Moreland met Frank A. Moreland and had a daughter, Ann Moreland. She then met Willie Dobb, Sr., and they were united in holy matrimony and had two children, their son, Willie Dobbs, Jr., and daughter, Bettye Jo Dickerson. Later in life, she united in holy matrimony with Frank Aron Moreland and had a daughter, Sharon F. Reeves, and son, Oscar E. Moreland. A Time to Achieve Pauline Moreland was employed by Superior Petticoat Company. When it went out of business, she became a homemaker. A Time to Serve At an early age, she joined the Neriah Bapitst Church in Greenville, GA. Later, she joined Mount Calvary Bapitst Church in Jersey City, NJ. When she returned to Georgia, she joined the New Friendship Baptist Church in Greenville, GA. A Time to Mourn Pauline Moreland was preceded in death by: her father, Wiley Reeves, Jr., mother, Cornelia Parks Reeves, brothers, Wiley Reeves, Jr., and Oscar Reeves, sister, Elizabeth Duke, and sisters-in-law, Opal Reeves and Molly Reeves. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her children, Ann Moreland Riles, Willie Dobbs, Jr. (Brenda), Bettye J. Dickerson (Dixie), Sharon M. Reeves (Randy), and Oscar E. Moreland (Keshia); grandchildren, David Riles (Marget), Yolanda Dickerson-Davison, Dexter Dickerson (Ashley), Ashley Dobbs (Ryan), Randy Reese (Morgan), Marcrese Reese, Tykerria Roberts, Yimecya Moreland, Yikerria Moreland, Quanecya Moreland, and Oscar Moreland, Jr.; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister-in-law; And a host of relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
