Obituary
Mr. Steve Pearson Patrick transitioned on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at the Columbus Hospice. Steve was born on June 21, 1957, in Columbus, Georgia. He was born to the late Square and Mattie L. Patrick.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Lillian Crenshaw and Mary Howard; three brothers, Square Patrick, Jr., Sammie Lee Patrick, and Clayton Patrick.
Steve loved to hunt and was a self-employed truck driver until his health began to fail him.
Steve leaves to cherish his memories: a son, Antonio Walton, and a grandson, Antonio Walton, Jr., both of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Willie Jean Patrick and Clotee Smith of Talbotton, GA; three brothers, Alfred (Sharleta) Patrick, Quinton (Henrietta) Patrick, and Anthony (Shawanda) Patrick; special friend, “wolf”; one very special friend, Cynthia Bowles; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Visitation will be held before the funeral beginning at 10:30 am, funeral services will follow at 1:00pm. Final Rights and Care entrusted to the licensed Funeral Care Providers at McCoy Funeral Home.
