Timothy Carreker was born October 6, 1949 to Mr. Timothy Carreker and Mrs. Annie Laura Clark in Woodbury, GA. He worked at the Nabisco plant for 28 years until it closed and then he started working for A&B roofing until he retired.
Timothy was preceded in death by: his father, Timothy Carreker; mother, Annie Laura Carter; stepfather, Willie Carter; four sisters, Pauline Carreker, Lizzie Mae Carter, Willie Mae Weaver, and Jackie Carreker; brother, Etimothy Carreker; and uncle, Marvin Clark.
He is survived by: two daughters, Roshedia Alford of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Lakeyta Gilcrease of Cleveland, OH; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lucille Carter of Warm Springs, GA, Mae Carter and Angel Miller (Gregory), both of Syracuse, NY; two brothers, Pastor Willie A. Carter (Sonya) of McDonough, GA, and Lee David Carter of Columbus, GA; sister-in-law, Doris Carreker of Manchester, GA; special niece, Shamekia Harris of Warm Springs, GA; special friends, Mr. Alex Favors, Gary Howard, and Jessie Howard; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
