Travis Deon Davis was born March 22, 1984 to European Davis and the late Curtis Davis, Sr. of Pine Mountain Georgia. His earthly journey was completed on Saturday, April 27, 2024. In addition to his father, he was proceeded in death by 3 brothers, Christian Bartholomew Davis, Cedric Alonzo Davis, and Curtis Davis, Jr., (grandmother) Johnnie Mae Davis and Grandfathers, Herring Davis, Sr., and Paul Sherman.
Travis was a proud Graduate of Manchester High School class of 2002. He was employed at Rivertown Toyota of Columbus for many years. Travis was a devoted husband,father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, and family. He possessed an infectious smile where people were drawn to him and his boss spirit. He was always taking care of others.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories to his devoted wife Tamika Davis of Columbus Georgia, his children Tytana Day, Devin Davis, and Ciara Davis all of Columbus Georgia. Three loving sisters, Tamaro (Nakia) Davis-Grier of Pine Mountain Georgia Conchetta (Kamari) Cameron of LaGrange Georgia, and Destinee (Kieunzay) Davis of Pine Mountain Georgia. Four devoted brothers Stefon (Laniki) Davis of Hogansville, Georgia, Titus (Tiffany) Davis of Lagrange Georgia, Devante (Vilexia) Davis of Fayetteville ,Georgia and Shamar Davis of Atlanta, Georgia. Grandparent Lurline Sherman of Pine Mountain. Georgia. A loving mother-in-law Angela Day of Columbus, Georgia; God child Brielle Waller; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A special shout out to the class of 2002 Manchester High School.
The celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Friendship Baptist Church, Hamilton Georgia. Bishop Henry Lee Tucker will be officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Baptist Church, Pine Mountain Georgia.
The family will be accepting visitors at the home of his mother, Ms. European Davis, 1777 Crawford Creek Road, Pine Mountain Georgia 31822.
